Today I had to be part of the disciplinary action for two students whose skirts were too short.... rip out hems, rehem, if not possible skirts have to be worn as is.... really tough love..

Today one of my students brought me food.. part of an assignment that was only to be written. The task - to find out the main food eaten by the Indigenous People of the Americas. Alongside students would use this information to invent there own recipe, listing ingredients and naming the meal. It was very thoughtful action of A and her mom. Much appreciated. Actions that makes my job so rewarding..

So far the day has advanced quite well.. but still so much room for improvement.
