Today was not my best teaching class. I felt as if I was unable to deliver my lessons well... It was not a fulfilling day as  wish it was... More work to be done on my day.

A Good Day of Teaching

Had a full day of teaching which exhausted me. I felt as if I had no sitting down time.... I kept going and going.

Did demonstration with my subject areas today, Geo and History.... This school year I am spending time making sure that my students understand and really understand... I am also going to get my students to be critical and creative thinkers.... Less chalk and talk... More interactions and student focus learning....

Second Day of Teaching

Today is another day. I just gave my students the law of the land. The day is not yet finished and already I am exhausted. I had my green smoothie but that may not be enough.

Have to get my planning done for tomorrow. So many things that I have to do. Packed agenda as always..... But I must give my students the best.

Back in The Classroom

School officially restarted today. Met my 2S girls and went through the information with the Form Teacher.

Had a hard time on public transport this morning.. Had to walk a long way in heals... Those heals though beautiful, boy is my feet hurting so much now... I left school to buy a flat shoe and ended up buying a more comfortable shoe with less heel.....

Planning and more planning for the new year.....

Last Minute Prep

The school year official starts tomorrow. Today is all about the last minute preparation, lacing the shoes, preparing the lunch bags, ironing the uniform, etc.... Long day

LIfe Lessons - A Day of Shopping

Today was a lesson in spending money with a key to budgeting. I took S with me to give her an idea of how I spend money with a key to money management. I give her the freedom to pick what she wanted and to do the cashier exchange. In the end she summarized that I love a bargain. True

Items purchased by her included shoes, slippers and hair treatment. It was a fun and interesting day out with her.

This class will continue on. Even I am on this continuous journey of money management.

Just Not My Usual Day
