It has been a while, so many changes, growth and forward thinking... Many years in the making and climbing towards the goals set so long ago. Perhaps, just perhaps, progress continues to be made.

 Life has been quite crazy. The new year has started and the COVID19 continues to plague the world. 

Another Academic Year

Often when the school begins, once awaits and is often apprehensive of the 'what next'. The year of 2020 has brought with it the COV19 Virus that had changed the lay of the land. Varied protocols were put in place that presented much concerns but was meant for safety. I rose to the challenge of being appointed head of that team.

Later Dengue Fever became the new 'enemy'. resulting in the affliction of all educational stakeholders. Many students and teachers fell ill inclusive of self. It continues to be a battle.

Despite such, the teaching and learning process carries on.

I have never particularly enjoyed engaging in reflective practice. Yet, it has become a necessity within my studies. No matter the frustration, the anguish, the despair, I have had to soldier on. I am reminded that solutions are often found through struggles and strength grows amidst uncertainty. How do I solve this? What necessary steps must I undertake?

I have began my path by engaging in research to find an approach to guide my journey via Gibbs Model of Reflection.
